Doing well, had a weight loss this week. It looks like the stall is over so I am losing weight now. I should be able to start exercising soon too. It's cold and gloomy out, so today I may not be able to get out and go for a long walk. A miserable weather day for anyone who has the day off here anyway. It's probably better weather anywhere else but here. I'd rather be in Hawaii or southern Florida, called my friend Gail in northeast Florida it has been cold in the 50s there and cloudy, but it of course is a lot colder here though no snow on the ground here at least so if it warms up it will be good as there is no snow to melt...

So happy for you for your weight loss Glenn! Yes, I too am sick of the gloomy & cold weather. We are expecting snow AGAIN today. Yuk! Well, have a great Monday!

You would like our weather.Its 80F now and neither hot nor cold.Its spring :)

I hope to move to a warmer climate in the next few years, then I'll be able to exercise when it cold everywhere else and really too cold to be outside. If not at least I will be moving to a better apartment probably by year's end... It will be very quiet there too and less conflicts than now where I live where there are too many busybody neighbors in such a big building. I'm looking forward to going to the other place in the near future.
