bbbbbrrrrrr...goooooooood mornin everyone...18 outside with a wind chill of 2...watched it snow yesterday off an on...an wakin up to snow again this mornin..looks like mabye 2 on the ground now..an its still comin down..so will get a mornin workout shovelin the drive off...wind is howlin outside..now i kno why the house feels so cold...and why the furnace keeps kickin on as soon as it kicks off after a cycle...weight is up about a pound today...been enjoyin the salty chips an crackers way to much...be a water water water day today..to get that back down an under control again...didnt ride the bike to no where yesterday either..so didnt get all that much exercise...so hopefully todays workout will help with my mistakes i had yesterday...im ready to see warmer weather...so i can get out an do a mornin walk...get back into that habit again...well..gonna get up an eat breakfast...an wait till daylight, then head out an get started on drive an sidewalk...probably have to hit it 2x today since its still comin down...gonna have to put the insulted bibs on today with the wind chill down like it is...but be a great workout...sooooooooooo...have a greattttttttttttt day everyone...

MINI GOALS FOR ME TO REFOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!

2. THINK THIN....THINKING POSITIVE AND STAYING POSITIVE KEEPS ME IN THE MOOD!!!!!

3. STAY IN THE MOMENT !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. CHANGE MY MINI GOALS TO 5 POUND INCREMENTS....TO MAKE IT EASIER TO HIT MY MINI GOALS !!!!!...SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!....AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!.... AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

9. I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL IN ONE DAY...CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION WORKS IT BACK OFF...

10. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE SALT !!!!!

11.. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

12. IF I HAVE TIME TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER, THEN I HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE...

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

13. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!

back in from shovelin...was more like 3-4...got the drive done, but with the wind blowin, its covered with a lite coat again...but was a nice workout for a change...
