It has not been the week I expected. Knocked flat by a respiratory bug, I have undeservedly lost a bit of weight (though 2 days ago it looked like I had lost rather more, though I have not been overindulging!). Still, it does make kind of a bright spot in the unpleasantness of being sick. I am on the mend, though, to the extent that my regimen resumes today. I feel so unusually thin to myself that I am really quite delighted, and motivated to continue toward my goals.
I really think I can make my current goal of 130 lbs. by summer, and possibly get even farther, if I decide I should/would like to do so, reaching my ultimate goal (whatever I decide that is) this year. Then comes maintenance. But the nice part about that is, I shouldn't have to be "saving" calories to burn fat at that point; if I work hard, I can also eat more, to an extent.
