Down a pound which is not as much as I expected after the day of prep for the colonoscopy, plus I doubt it will stay off after I can eat again. We shall see. The prep kit contained packets of Gatorade with sugar, I mixed them half strength and added some sugar free lemonade with it to lower the carbs. Wish me luck today!

When I had mine I used the powerade zero. It has no sugar. Doctor said it was the same as the gatorade.
