Hello again everyone!

It is hard to get my exercise in since this is such a busy time of year for my business! I feel like I am never going to get everything done!

My marriage is actually doing much better. Maybe he is happy that I actually am caring about how I look and my health. I mean, no one wants to live with a slob, right?

Hard to find things to wear. Most of it is too big and I don't want to buy too many clothes in this size!

Sounds like you are doing great and I am very happy that your marriage is getting better! Do what you can for exercising, it will all fall into place soon! Keep up the great work!

I have always found the exercise element challenging too. I have partnered with another SB Buddy and we are both committed to 20 minutes a day - gotta start somewhere - I can justify a 20 minute delay in going to bed - so come hell or high water I get it in everyday - it may be a 11:30 at night - but I do it - for my health!
