goooooooood tuesday mornin...waking up to rain moving in...and temps are in the 40s this morning...had planned on doing a morning walk, but guess not...havent been walking cause i think i pulled something in upper thigh...so havent been walking as i have a pain if im on my one leg to much...geeez...just want to be well...last week i was sick...this week ive pulled something...went ahead an recorded the upswing..i know its only a temperary upswing...i have to admit that eating less carbs is a challenge once again...but ive been doing my best...got hungry last night an decided to eat a banana just to get them outta the fridge...should of just had another tuna salad sandwich ...would of been better for me...but o well...should of ..would of...might of....DIDNT...its past now...an onward and downward...is the way to look at it...have noticed that when i look in the mirror an try to pinch an inch...that inch is getting smaller...my flab is moving...lol...less to pinch...gravity no longer pulls it down like it once did...i can even see my belt buckle when i look in the mirror...funny how things like that excite me now...since i cant get a walk in today gonna try an ride the stationary bike..see if my leg can tolerate that...an get back into the habit of getting on the floor and doing ab crunches...an anything else i can talk my body into...lol...well...need to make the bed...an head to the kitchen...to tease this body...not really even hungry after 12 hours with nothing in it...had even thought about just slidding thru breakfast with a cup of green tea and some protein mix added to it....and have tuna right before i head out the door to run errands today...can decide right now...to early...have a greatttttttttt one...
