woo back lori!!!! i know where youre at, youve lost over 10kgs and that makes a huge diff to clothes etc and makes us feel so much better that i think thats why we tend to get a bit lax i know im the same. im trying to make myself think that im just starting the loss thing to see if that can remotivate me, my weighin is tomorrow morn and god knows what its gonna be, im great through the week but the weekends have been letting me down lately. and...i havent exercised in over a week, no excuse, the weathers great here at mo im just bloody lazy!!if you have any words of wisdom or advice id be grateful! your chart was looking so great there for a while, how did you do that?? lets get skinny together in 2010!!!! cheers di
