Really surprised at the results..been on wanna-eat-everything-insight steroids for going on 4 wks now for horrible poison ivy (I am severely allergic ) I've been yo-yoing up & down and have not really exercised..so yayness! Plus, I lost one of my good friends who was only 24 yrs old! So young! She was doing the diet thang w/ me AGAIN (matter-of-fact, she was one of my first buds on here! I met her here :) It's been a baaad month :(

But, walked for 45 min in the brisk & chilly morning and did weights..so, I feel better! Better thsn I have in a while :) And I dropped a few :)
Next goal that Sam ,Megs and I made is 10-15 lbs by Halloween! I'll be going to 'Nawlaans for Halloween! So, there's my inspiration :)

Then my next goal will be to hit 239 lbs. That was what Sam weighed ..her last weigh-in she did the day before she died :( And we are gonna do a "Slammy Celebration" Prob buy SHOES -Sam's passion-as a reward! This way we can keep her "in it" and remember that she'd be pushing for us to succeed with this :)
