I know it's been over a month...and it's not really been the best month either.

I'm finally moved and mostly settled. All of the boxes are unpacked and I'm just left with the odds and ends and picture hanging.

I freely admit I haven't followed the good habits that got me this far. I was eating at all hours again, I wasn't being active, I wasn't getting enough sleep. I would like to blame this lack of loss on the move, but that, I think, would be cheating.

So now that I have time and space again, I need to get back into my best habits. I need to start eating breakfast again. I need to keep track of everything, EVERYTHING, I eat and I need to get back into being active.

I'm planning on riding my bike again...until there's snow on the ground. And after that, I can go jogging as long as it's not bitterly cold. And I can get back into my strength training and yoga.

I suppose I should be glad that I only gained the tiniest bit, but I'm more disappointed in myself for not even attempting to lose...

It's hard to keep with everything at once and you know moving is rough. Get back on the wagon! Glad to see you again.
