Back down to pre-vacation weight this morning! How exciting. I went to a consultation at Physicians Weight Loss and while I decided to not spend money on the program it seems very solid and in our discussion confirmed a lot of what I know to be true. The one thing I did learn is that we often need B12 while dieting since we tend to eat less animal product when dieting and one of the vitamins we miss because of that is B12 and that it helps with energy levels. So I am going to get some on our Costco trip this week and see if it helps. I am finally adding healthier eating back into my regimen and I am still going strong with the walks 5 days a week! So with eating better I assume I will see accelerated weight loss. I was excited to know that while a woman of my age and weight normally has about 100 pts muscle mass I have 130 so I have a little more muscle to work with which SHOULD help!!

I DID love the scale she had at the center I wonder how much a home version would cost :) Don't REALLY need it but it was VERY cool!
