I am so very sad. My beloved sister passed away on Valentines Day. She has been so sick for so long her poor body was just overwhelmed by the infection that caused her pneumonia. She was a strong Chrisian woman, so I have no doubt she is in Paradise with her Savior and was greeted by her parents and other loved ones who were waiting for her there. So my tears are for me, and I can't wish her back. But I just don't know how to navigate in a world without her in it. Pray for her boys, and other siblings and friends. She was so loved by so many,

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. you are doing the right thing by sharing your thoughts. take care of yourself as you grieve. try your best to eat healthy and exercise because that actually will help you navigate your grief. your love for her will never fade but one day your tears will subside. be kind to yourself until that day comes.

I lost my sister 3 years ago and she was my best friend. Well you will never go without missing her, There will be days when you'll just smile and maybe even giggle with memories of something that just triggers out of nowhere. Baby steps one day at a time is all I can tell you.
