Bad week for me. Way, way too much salt from Saturday to Wednesday. Fell on my right arm and leg while helping to break down the tables and chairs at our clubhouse. Tables are about 6 ft round and very heavy and while rolling them into the closet, it starting tipping over and I tried to catch it and it took me to the ground with it. Nothing broke, but boy was my arm and wrist really hurting. Been going door to door with flyers (750) and most of my time this week was putting these packages together by printing, stapling, folding, bagging, counting and delivering. So between the fall and putting together these packages, I didn't do my home exercises. Pleasantly surprised this morning with a 0.6 lb drop, so I'm not complaining. Still trying to get the salt out of my system.
