Hello, everyone! I am really happy. I've been hovering around my goal weight for almost three weeks now, and I am no longer fearful of food. I was afraid of sugars, but learned to log my foods and see what foods were hiding sugars so I could avoid them. I was afraid of carbs, but I found out that I can eat carbs, but I must limit them. I don't plan on eating starchy vegetables like potatoes, corn, and peas, but I can have fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, a mini cornbread muffin, 1/2 cup beans or lentil soup, etc. I just need to make sure that my carbs are within the range for me, 100-140 grams a day. I try to choose the most healthy foods among what I have available to me. Since I don't eat junk food or fast food, it's not too difficult. I am also happy that I got a job with a religious organization. Originally I wanted the job four years ago and was told I didn't have the right qualifications. Finally I was contacted and asked to take the job. I said yes and I am walking on air! Wishing all of you to keep working to reach your goals. You can do it!
