Definitely eating less with the coconut oil coffee and by doing 16:8. Weight is coming off crazy fast. Keeping waiting for it to plateau or start going back up. I haven't changed anything but those two things. Pretty exciting stuff that.

I've heard a lot about that coffee, did you solve the emulsion problem?

As of yet I have not. Somehow the dish drainer ate the seal to my blender so I haven't had a chance to try that yet, but I am determined to find a way.

If it's the lid you're missing, try using a mason jar instead of the blender "jug". (That's if you've got a mason jar). Just google mason jar blender if you don't know about this "trick". I tried to paste the link, but it seems that's not allowed by FS.

Yes FS is a jealous little website and doesn't like us straying to other websites. That is a really cool trick! Sadly it's the rubber ring in the base that disappeared. I'm so trying that when I find it though. Thanks!
