Made it to a milestone for me....I am now 65% of the woman I was 413 days ago.
I realized that in 2 short pounds, I will have gone from the 260's to the 160's, so that is my next goal to shoot for.

John, the fat secret is to put down the donuts and step away from the table hahahahahaha. Kidding. I had to get into the LIFESTYLE CHANGE not a DIET zone, and stay there. No secret, just sheer determination......I just dont quit, even when I fall off the wagon. Thats my "secret".

I've lost 92, not quite 100 yet! 2 more pounds though and I'm in the 160's and I started in the 260's :)
