My weigh in day is Tuesdays so the weight I recorded in my initial set up on this site was actually from 5/10 and not 5/15. In the two weeks I have been dieting (or as I would prefer to call it, changing my lifestyle), I have lost a total of 4 pounds. As long as I can stick to my goal of an average of 2 pounds per week I will succeed in meeting my longer term goal by years end. I need to start incorporating little bits and pieces of exercise into my day and work up/build up to something more rigorous. I know the more weight I lose the easy exercise will get, just wish my knees would work with me right from the get go though! :) I did good though so yay!!!

When i was reading you BIO i was like NO WAY she lost 2 pounds in 2 Days!!! that is what prompted me to write you a message. I thought " she MUST tell me what she's doing" Anyways, I wish you nothing but the best in your weight loss journey. What kind of exercises are you doing currently?

I wish it were a pound a day, wouldn't that be awesome! As far as exercise...currently I am not doing anything "official", wanted to get a couple of weeks of just focusing on making better food choices first. Have on my calendar starting this Friday to begin walking. Will start out with a mile and built up from there and then I will start easing in more rigorous types of things (biking/hiking). This is not my first ride on the weight loss rollercoaster unfortunately but will be the last. What type of exercising have you been working at? Good luck to you today as well!
