Happy with a decent loss!
Credit for the loss goes to another active week around the house, sensible breakfasts & lunches, but admittedly only minor efforts at portion controled suppers & snacks.
Skipped last nights snack purposely for this weigh in.
Looking forward to higher losses as the summer progresses!.

As for killing it... Progress slowed DRAMATICALLY when a premature spring thaw came along and forced us to choose between diets and quick consumption of the meats on the porch freezer....
Just now getting back into my groove, and probably won't make my goal in time (100lbs in 1 year), but still gonna give it effort and a fight!

@LB: heeheehee! Had to eat the meat in the freezer! Long time ago, a friends dad left us a message, "the power is out. eat all the food in the fridge."
LOL - no matter if it's already gone over!! We had a private joke for years! Still makes me smile!
