This weekend was not my best - we had so many bakery sweets in the house and I feel like I had some of all of it. That aside, otherwise I think I kept it together pretty well. I didnt weigh myself on Sunday, and yesterday I was up about 3.5 pounds but Im back in the swing of it today.

My doctor suggested I take Saxenda to help me lose weight. Anyone here try it? Its a shot that you take daily that helps with insulin resistance.

well, right off the bat when you Google it, it says taking it, a low calorie diet and exercise patients were able to lose weight. pretty sure people are doing this without that drug all the time. it's not a miracle shot.
