Happy May Day. Had a fabulous diet-free day yesterday, and barely sat down the whole day. Dancing and more dancing, and also rushing about trying to make dancing happen. In all, I may have expended more energy doing that. I physically earned my food. To make up for it, I woke up early enough to wish my child a happy birthday, and send her off on a trip with some friends, then returned to bed and slept until 12:45! I knew I would sleep late, but that is ridiculous. I know I was behind in sleep, but really! Since I got up, I have mostly tried to restore order to our home, which we tore apart trying to find all our things for the festivities yesterday, but I am still a little zombie-like. I guess I'll have to adjust my exercise diary for the extra sleep. Ugh.
Ah well, all well worth it. And I managed to lose some weight this week, which is all to the good. A happy and healthy week to us all!
