Boo. I am not sure exactly why I have gone up in weight. I rather imagine that it has to do with the different activity schedule. I have done a LOT of housework lately, and I thought rather energetically, but it has been at the expense of my walks, which are not very fast, but probably get me working better physically. Anyway, I intend that this week I will pick that up more. And (*sigh*) I will keep reminding myself about normal variations in water and weight. Still, irksome.
Here's to a better week (food and exercise-wise--otherwise it has been great).
