had a party yesterday, with all sorts of good stuff but I skipped cake, ate a bite of sandwich but then just ate the meat, a tiny tiny handfull of chips, and filled my plate with veggie tray and went for seconds on the veggies. had a sponge cake a few hours later but it wasn't really angel foodbut that's the closest thing, it was much thinner, closer to a tart in thickness. I really messed up at dinner though because it was so late, around 9:30. I have to stop doing that. I tried to eat light on it, about half as much as I wrote down I actually ate, however even a sliver of the Mexican casserole made me regret eating it Because it is super filling. I just wanted a but more fiber because I have digestion issues and I hardly ate any fiber besides the veggies. I think I could have done with just the salad I ate with it. so despite my best efforts I gained. I have to keep pushing though.
