Hello there!

It's Easter, and this is a lengthy break in Denmark. We're off from work from Thursday through Monday.

Kinda strange when you think about it, as Denmark is know as the least religious (and happiest) country in the world.

...

I'm doing okay on the food choices, and I weigh about the same as I have lately. I'm not gonna be able to have much of a loss, as I don't really get to exercise as much when I don't have many plans for the day.

A day with plenty of tasks equals a busy days, which equals an active day.

...

Today I work at the gym. It's a nice and quiet day, and I had a clear mission of getting on the elliptical, but it ain't happening. I went for a 12 km walk yesterday, and my legs are kind of hating me for it.

I do try to get a nice chunk of steps done though. I aim for the 10,000, but it won't be much more.

My food choices are all good, I will ensure that all numbers line up at the end of the day.

Just a quick check in today, to show that I am still alive. I'm at work at the gym som I can't really spend a lot of time writing.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Easter break!
- Sunshine!
- Coffee!
- Wife bringing me lunch!

Life is good!
