To get to my goal weight to get healthy and finally be able to fit in my "sexy" clothes! (how sexy can you be when you are over 60 year old) ??? LOL LOL To spread happiness and smiles around me motivates me even more! :) 

feeling great. If I start to feel bad about myself I go towards feeling great about myself. 

@Caroll51 - You would not believe it - You can get "very" sexy at over 60 - and those old fellas out there - those once young - are still out there and lots of them are single - only because "Life is a learning experience" - and they never could figure that - long term relationship difficulty - but at an older age - they are still out there "strutting" their stuff (though it can be a tad bit - wobbly) but here - in this place - they all come with a full pension ---- the income that they never earned before in their entire life. LoL - and Good Morning team. (As Viagra would tell --- "What goes up does not always have to come down" -that is a direct quote. 

I need to agree with Ajf333, God makes life possible, and supports us in our journey. It took me a long time to figure it out. But I'm on the right path for me.

Health ~ Maintaining my ability to be active @ 66 with minimal restrictions on my life due to medical issues. Coming up with healthier options when I cook also helps Hubby stay active & feel good. He's 78. Appearance ~ Healthier people look better...their skin glows, their eyes sparkle. I'm much happier when I can dress in stylish, comfortable clothes that fit the way I like. Healthier people are able to maintain a fuller social life & that promotes better mental health.  

My mirror, first, then my husband and everyone/everything elsed under the sun, moon, and stars. =)

I want to be able to fit in the shirt my "tap class" wants to wear next June for our dance recital & I want to date again & find a new family- at 53 years old. 😀🙄
