So. Long time no log lol Unfortunately, I have some less than stellar news. I fell off the wagon for awhile on both bulimia and alcohol. Major life stressors are killer. I know recovery isn't linear, but that doesn't make relapses very much more pleasant. That being said, I'm still committed to recovery and look forward to making more forward progress. I won't let this stumble get me down. I know I'm strong enough to keep going and improving myself. Here's to a fresh start.

I completely relate, I have stumbled for two months and I am not happy about it but this week I got back on my program extremely disappointed in myself I allowed others to bring me down enough to where I took my frustrations out on the food. I promise myself I will not do it again if I can help it!

you can do this..when I went to treatment (alcohol) I was 180 lbs. I have over 11 months.. couple weeks..a day at a time I'll have one year..and my weight as of this morning is 151..I had to change everything..I also suffered from bulemia..many years ago..but you can do this!!! I'll pray for you 🙏..if you need to talk I'm here

You are not alone...the Lord is real...he is present help in time of need. If you fall you get up again. Call out to him. He loves you don't give up. Find a good Christian church where there's young people that will help you. You are beautiful. and you are immensely loved by him
