Finally, got things moving in the right direction again! I have to say, it feels so much better, paying attention to how much I eat, so as to avoid stuffing myself. That's such an uncomfortable feeling, not to mention it does no good for my acid reflux disease. Actually have made it back onto my elliptical machine twice a far this week. (work wellness program requires 3x/wk - so I got once more to go). That's been really tough. Hubby and I have gotten into a really great after-work routine for dinner/baths/get ready for school/work the next day - that by the time the kids are in bed at 9 pm, everything is done. Then because it's still cold, hubby has been building a fire in the fireplace everynight. So there he sits, nice and cozy in his sweats and all I want to do is fall on my face. Yet I've persevered and dragged my tired self into workout clothes and onto the machine. Once I'm on it and have the music pumping, I remember how good it feels to work out and work out HARD. Ooo and push ups, ouch! Wow am I ever sore... :)
