How are you feeling? 

Yay! 👍for the food and the 2nd shot in the arm.  

How do you manage to eat all that and stay at 100lbs? If I ate all that I'd be whale size.

I am so glad that you finished the vaccination process. We are in for a very rough ride— hopefully #3 booster will be out by winter. 3 more people in my extended world died this week. 2 in their mid to late 20s and the third was 40. One vaccinated and two not, bringing my grand total to 19 Covid DEATHS. There will be many more mutations coming down the line. The one called LAMBDA is here from SouthAmerica and has quickly made its way throughout the USA. They are not convinced that our current vaccines will be effective. Right now, most of the deaths are from the DELTA virus. Thank you for doing the right thing and helping to protect not only yourself but everyone you come in contact with.

To LambiePi: 1st shot was nothing, but just felt tight the upper arm where shot. I heard 2nd one is problematic depend on how resistance you are. I took lots of water before I got. I got 2nd shot on Tuesday evening. Next day my arm was so painful and felt brain fog. Today(Thursday) which is third day, I don’t feel anything no pain arm and no brain fog.

To Bandrai: Thank you. I ate all of the cob salad, but I sheared fried zucchini with my husband. I love carrot cake but I always wonder why it has so much frostings. I just ate the sponge part and a little bit frosting.  

To Kenna: Thank you for your all information. Eat healthy, move frequently and sleep well is my motto to keep happy life. When I come back home from outside, I wash my hands and gargle with Listerine.  

Tassos67– they have felt from the beginning that what we were going to face was a situation where the vaccine protects the immunized person from getting sick but the virus could still be live within us and capable of infecting others. That has proved to be true. Without that herd immunity where I protect you and you protect me we will be dealing with a virus that may mutate and become stronger as it does so. So far the huge majority of people getting the virus and becoming ill are not immunized. And now we are seeing breakthrough infections in immunized folks. So far Florida I think is the hardest hit. 25,000 people a DAY and the DELTA virus is the biggest culprit. In my area we are seeing about 500-600 a day of new infections.. we are also seeing a huge rise in the number of COVID POSITIVE kids and in hospitalized kids. The goal is to keep the death toll down.

Kenna; I'm so sorry to hear that you have been close to so many victims of the virus. That must be absolutely devastating! Thank you for encouraging everyone to get vaccinated.
