And down a pound.

It was not a normal day for me. I had the McD's because I was feeling sorry for myself after getting a temp crown, and I planned my day around it. I had Popeyes because I ended up taking the whole day off work and did a bunch of yardwork and it shares a parking lot with Lowes where I had to go buy more dirt. And I was starving by that point. I had pizza because we worked in the yard all day and only stopped around dusk. Then I sat outside until it got dark and was so hungry I had the leftover pizza from the weekend. I definitely burned some cals yesterday so I dont feel bad about eating "crappy" for the day. Obviously I let myself go too long without eating and then ate whatever I could get my hands on. Its just something to keep in mind and try to prevent in the future.

QUESTION: How do YOU log pizza that is cut into squares? I just try to imagine what size a slice would be with the squares but that seems pretty dodgy.

that is so funny when I lived in Wisconsin they always cut their pizzas in little squares I haven't seen that since and I have lived in many places

Weigh it in grams then you can see how much a regular piece weighs and use the magic of math.

kat hit it. weigh it. I had papa Murphy's Sunday. they're slices are way off. I had over 2# of pizza. 2200 cals.

@Ridemariel I live in Central IL and its about half and half here. I love it though! Kat & Hebrews - weighing my pizza has LITERALLY never crossed my mind. IDK why though, makes perfect sense! Thanks!

Hey I'm on the north end!! Near the wi border And yeah it's half and half here too. Seems like the chains cut triangle. The old school Italian places cut square. Papa John's is whatever I click on in the app. 😂😂
