This week has not been my best week for following my WoE.

Walking goals have been met, 2x 30 minutes on treadmill everyday.

Cravings not surrendered to (yet): Mexican food & Szechuan wontons

Szechuan (Sichuan) wontons were originally purchased in NY, but are not available where I am now 😢 However I found one restaurant where I can get them with my culinary hack 😂 The chef refuses to prepare them the way I want, so I order the fried wontons with meat & Szechuan sauce separately. The sauce is way more than needed, so I freeze when isn’t required, for next time.

Sorry, I ran out of room 😂 Anyway, I’ve been craving the wontons since last weekend, wouldn’t it be best to order them, to get them out of my thoughts? Maybe I’ll earn them by walking 3 miles (round trip) to the restaurant.

Update: Just returned from my walk. So far today: CI: Coffee with cream & sugar, probiotic kraut, Szechuan wontons CO: Outdoor walking 580 calories 3.3 miles Highlights: Szechuan wontons! I saw a blue heron fishing, mama duck with her teenagers, mama goose with her teenagers 😊 Forgot 🕶 & 😷 Remembered sunblock & 🧢 Lowlights: Couldn’t find butane at store. The last bit of walking was uphill Later today: Wrangle two fat cats for annual veterinary visit. Look for butane at another store.

when I lived in Texas fort Worth I could find almost any food I wanted within blocks my house not so much here in Alabama
