Down 100 grams. Still not back to my earlier low last week but at least it is a loss. I did cut my toenails last night... Seriously I have been keeping total carbs low and laying off the cheese a bit. Also no sweeteners.
Had a yummy crockpot chicken last night. It was nice to eat something different for a change! Flavour wise at least LOL.
Had a great afternoon with my parents. Bet my mum twice playing Scrabble. Hubby has started his holidays now - he has two weeks off! Yay! We are blessed in that we can easily spend 24 hours a day together. In fact after nearly 11 years we still miss each other when he is at work LOL.
Not doing anything for valentines day as our wedding anniversary is on the 19th.
Well I am glad the scale went down a little bit. Had fun last night watching Oceans Eleven too.
Today I am grateful for:
Not feeling any earthquakes for days
For a small loss on the scale
That hubby is ALL MINE for two weeks! LOL
That I slept better last night even with sore boobies
I am especially grateful for all my dear friends on here - and the cheap ones! ROFL!

Clipped your toenails??? Wow, how long were they that you lost so much?? :-D I think it's sweet how you and hubby are still like newlyweds. Happy anniversary. To me, that's better than birthdays any day of the year!

ROFL Jennie-o! I am amazed how strong they are now I am low carbing, before my nails were always weak and breaking etc. Another reason to love this way of eating!

Squiggs you are doing so fantastic...and I completely understand what you mean about your hubby.....we are the same, even after 30 years...we are together 24/7/365 and that's the way we like it!! Hope that you have a great time together!

That is so sweet that you and your husband love being together so much. It also makes me feel like less of a schmoopy knowing other people are that way. My husband and I text each other probably a half a dozen times a day saying we miss each other. So Schmoopy!!! Our friends and family make fun of us for how much we want to be together all the time.
Way to go on keeping the carbs low and the sweeteners at bay! KUTGW!!!

Congrats on the anniversary!!! You know, when I did Atkins I GAINED weight!!! LOL!!! I'm certain is was due to my unbridled passion with cheese and nuts!!! I must have been eating a zillion calories a day!!!
