Day #17 - God continues to buoy me up and give me good success, PTL! Down a pound this morning for 18.5 pounds total for the fast. (Remember, I will immediately gain back about 8 pounds of that once I start eating again, because of the glycogen that will be once again stored in my system, plus the food that will be in my digestive tract.)

Had a very productive and physically active day yesterday. Cleaned the pool. Broke down boxes and gathered trash and completely filled a WHOLE truck bed with the stuff I removed from the garage. Was able to get to the pizza-shaped floats for the pool, and have charged my grandson's John Deere tractor. Pulled out all the pool toys, masks, etc., and will hang the mesh bags containing them with zip strips on the pool today. Now, all I have to do is wash the tractor, after it having been buried under mounds of trash for months. I also did some instant pot cooking - boiled eggs for today's pool opening (the kids like to slice them with the egg slicer), made Jasmine & Wild Rice, and cooked baby carrots - all for my husband.
