goooooood morning everyone!!!...well 46 here today an rainin...gonna be a nasty ole wet day all day..the kind you just want to stay in an stay dry...but i have to get out in it an head down the road for the day...no exercise again today...was on the scales this morning an its showin down a pound...finally showing some loss again...i kno its from the hydroxycut cause my body seems to be warmer when i wake up thru the nite or in the morning...and really thats fine..still only takin one per day even though the instructions say to be taking one per meal...but im doing fine with one per day ..its keepin my appetite down and im stayin on track better...well need to get up an eat breakfast ...still have to gas up the suv and get ready for a day out in the rain....have a greattttttttt day everyone!!!
