Good Monday morning everybody!

Weight down by .2 so staying the same at 193.8 pounds.

Thankful for:

-A great weekend with my husband. Stayed home and watched a movie and snuggled.

-Learned something about myself. Discouragement can be a hinderance if I let myself stay that way for very long.

-Family

-My health

-And yes even physical therapy

-Down 10 pounds since the first of the year. (added after noticing this is the last day of January)
