Lost 1/2 pound this morning. Still 3.4 pounds behind where I am supposed to be, but at least I'm moving in the right direction again. Going to go out to the grocery store and pharmacy today, so at least I will get out of the house. Grandson coming this afternoon at 3 to spend the night, so I'm going to try to get all my water for the day in before he gets here (so I can drink my nerve-calming Diet Coke while he's here). Wanted to eat ALL day yesterday, but managed to keep calories close to 1,600. On to my boring, dreary day.

You're fortunate. I wish my grandson was coming to stay with me. He's 2 hours away and nearly 16 so too busy for time with Nana. I sure miss those days when he was younger.

@DLynneGarner, mine is 5, and he's my little buddy! I usually keep him one or two days a week.

Hang in there Debbie, stress will stop your weight loss. Think positive thoughts and do something fun for you and your grandson. My grandson is 6 and 4hrs away. When I do see him all we do is play.Games, guns build forts with blankets.

Good job Debbie on the weight loss!!! I do have to say I am envious of you seeing your grandchildren, with the US/Canada border being closed I haven't seen my family in over a year. I hope you enjoyed your trip to the grocer and pharmacy.😊
