Down another pound today.

The birthday party for my daughter went well last night. My baby turned 26 yesterday. The cake this time wasn't even a temptation. Lately the tempting things have been dishes that have a cheese sauce, potatoes, bread, icecream. Well...I found a lowcarb icecream from Breyers. Nice to have a treat that doesn't make me fall off the wagon. I'm sure that these cravings will go. I just need to focus on eating healthy, staying on plan, and not induging.

Today I start physical therapy so I won't be around most of the day because after that I'll be having lunch with family as usual and then some last minute shopping before a storm hits St. Louis. MoDot is saying that we are supposed to get quite a bit of snowfall this evening and tomorrow for our area of the country. Told us to stay home if we could. Even work from home if that was an option. That's okay with me as long as the flight my husband and I are supposed to take on Friday takes off. I am so excited to see our second grandaughter. This is an answer to prayer. "Thank you Jesus"! A little nervous about seeing our daughter in law. However, I'm sure with all the prayers we will have a great time.
