Good holiday Monday morning everyone! I'm excited to be alive and meet new challenges. This week will be filled with many things. At the end of the week on Friday we fly out to New Hampshire to see our other grandaughter and my son and daughter in law. Today we are going to the Children's museum here in St. Louis. Lots of great indoor fun for my 20 month old grandaughter Olivia.
Physical therapy on Wednesday. Please pray for stength as I start building back muscle and losing fat. Also, that I push past the pain of these injuries. For those who don't know, I fell down the basement stairs and fractured both my arm and leg. I've had the boot and sling off and have been moving and doing home exercises until I could get to physical therapist. This is one of the challenges I was speaking of earlier.

Cindy, I still have trouble and pain with my arm as well and I did it before you did! Begining to wonder if it will ever be the same again! I hope your pain isn't to bad!

Have fun today at the museum, sounds like a blast, always fun to see things through a child's eyes...filled with amazement. Leanne, I hope that the pain in your arm isn't permanent either. I have lived with back pain most of my adult life. Three major car accidents. I really am hoping that the arm and leg pain will only be temporary for me. Still, I am not on any meds right now. They make me stall in weight loss. If anyone knows of anything for pain that doesn't make them stall, please let me know. Wednesday should be the test. Thanks Raven for your encouragement! Thanks Paula! As for pictures...I will take as many as they will let me. And I hope that there will be many to post. I'll have to get my daughter to help me on that task as I haven't learned how to do it myself. Maybe one of ya'll could walk me through it when I get back. Love and Hugs{{{}}}
