Hello All and a belated Happy New Year to you all. Wishing you all the finest things you wish yourself. I have missed my FS friends so much. I returned late Sunday night to my home in Spain, after driving to the UK for 5 weeks. I never logged onto the internet once, therefore no fatsecret :( . It wasn't because I didn't want to, but it was because my husband had serious medical problems (and to log on was something that felt stressful somehow), we are still in the middle of his medical investigations, but at least an oncologist has ruled out any tumours - I can't tell you, to hear this on the 23rd December was the best Christmas present I have or ever will have EVER! I will bore you with the details later but just to say that several members of our families have been blaming me for introducing Atkins to John..... - but we know differently. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that I had dropped a couple of lbs, how the heck I did this I've no idea? Families we had been visiting have been trying to fatten us up! But... I think I have managed to persuade my two brothers and their wives, plus a niece and a nephew to join us in Atkins. I've got a lot of catching up to do with my FS friends. But I'm up for the challenge again. This time next year I hope to be on maintenance. Good luck to you and I wish you all a very sucessful year.

Ok, found you and the update, hope he gets better soon and it is nothing serious, and congrats on losing! Maybe not focusing on it was the way to overcome. Happy new year and welcome back :)
