I'm in my happy zone today! Barely, but I'm there, and I'm so thankful. Speaking of being thankful, I've decided to give myself a break for Thanksgiving. No weigh-ins for a week! Kevin and I have a nice, traditional dinner planned, and Jose Cuervo is gonna be there, and it's been bugging me a little bit worrying if I'm gonna be in my happy zone in time for the party. Well, no more worries. I'll start weighing myself again in December. I expect there will be plenty of damage, but I know what to do to fix it. I'm really, really thankful that I know what to do to fix it. This is gonna be a great holiday!

Yeah that is for sure. We can enjoy for a day and then fix it. I think that is normal ... a bit of feast and famine.

we should be kind to ourselves all the time, enjoy in moderation and special occasions, we do know how to fix a little misstep. Have a great Thanksgiving!

great post and great attitude about the feasting that will occur this week. no guilt, just enjoy, then back to it. it probably won't be as bad as you expect.
