Officially losing again like I was before I cut some things out and am eating less sugar free candy and even though I'm on Prednisone I'm losing Yayyyyyy Woot Woot TOWANDA!!!!

well they didn't stall me just slowed me down... I tried cutting back on calories a bit too and just eating between 1700-2100 a day instead of 2100-2300 and am losing more than a pound a day... my back is still screwed up so am losing even though I'm not working out and am on prednisone!

Thats wonderful that your losing, cause prednisone is usually the one medication that makes you retain water. Happy New Year.....Bren

Way to go on the weight loss and on prednisone. I gained a bunch of my weight on that drug. You are doing an awesome job my friend. Hoping that your year in 2011 will bring you success in all your endeavors. Happy New Year!

Thanks guys it's so nice to have all the support on this site! I'm really excited now so the yogurt and low carb granola and candy was really slowing me down! I tried something new this morning and tried the whey protein powder mixed with almond milk, coffee and a little Davinci sugar free gourmet chocolate syrup OMG yummy... less calores and less protein but a lot less expensive than mixing with an atkins shake!
