Tomorrow is leg day again and I’ve barely recovered from Tuesday... Good news is that we had a potluck at work and I loaded up on carbs!!!!!

May I please ask you how do you calculate your kcal requirements? I am struggling with it, I feel I am eating too much and I can’t get the 2000kcal that I need apparently

Daniel, I use the Fat Secret calculator along with other online tools. Mostly is trial an error. I eat within certain calories and see after a few weeks how I feel and how my results are. I’m not strict nor do I restrict carbs though I try to eat enough protein. 

This boss misses a step running stairs in some side way fashion and is home with a sprained ankle... #bossstatus 😆😆😆 

It was probably subconscious to get trainer Mike off your back for a bit. 😆🤷🏻‍♀️ 

All I hear him say is “faster, keep pushing” 😆😆😆 He massaged and moved it around a bit and I finished my without lol. Going down the stairs and up to my third floor walk up was a different story lol

While he is messing with my ankle he goes “is that a new tattoo”. First I was “how does he know what’s on my ankles” then I realized he pays attention to foot placement all the time 🤦‍♀️ 

I’m surprised it took this long for my first injury. This too shall pass. Along with my car stalling last night on my block,( managed to park) and today my toilet is leaking. Super will fix toilet but not sure how I’ll get car to shop... 🤷‍♀️ I was supposed to work as “closing manager” as two of my ops managers are helping other locations; that’s not happening so my current ops managers swapped their schedules. I’m a blessed GM. But yeah, happy Friday 😂 

🤣🤣🤣 yeah I’ve seen them too. I think they are called tow trucks. It stalled and started back. The shop is at beginning of the block where I parked. Street is one way so I gotta drive around unless tomorrow early I’ll reverse and if I stall some suckers gotta push it. I’m NOT calling a tow truck for this. My car is a 2015 with 38k miles, engine looks brand new. I barely drive and “forgot” to change my oil this year. 3 weeks ago check engine came on and it was some sensor and he thought oil change would fix, which it did for 3 weeks. I’ll hobble over somehow. It may just need a good tune up. Covid playing games with “Red Beauty”
