I've been so sick the past few days... stomach bug. that awful naucious feeling and i just can't throw up! I feel like I should and maybe I'd feel better? but those waves just keep coming over me! crackers are my friend and that's about it. I'm feeling bloated though and the scale hasn't gone down. my daughter was sick too, and my son had it last week. IT's that time of the year I guess!
Hoping to be feeling better for the super bowl! thank you everyone for your suggestions on healthy eating! I have a party on saturday and sunday to bring food to. I have a healthy dessert called yum yum pudding to bring on saturday, and I'm looking for a good healthy dip or seafood type munchie to take along. Go STeelers!
