goooood morning everyone !!!!...got on the scales already before my twin had time to put one of her heavy toes on it..lol...and was down 1/2 pound not alot..but il take any loss over a gain...18 outside at the moment with a wind chill of 8...but gonna layer up an head out in a few for that morning walk...its so nice to have insulated coveralls to wear this time of year..glad i bout a pair and so much easier to get bck off then a pair of long johns..lol...another morning of gettin a walk, a gym workout, and then headed to the store to try and make wise food choices once again this week...was reading an article about how the biggest losers eat... biggest loser meal plan .. something i have to remember is people that first start out on any plan have lots of flab to shed..and thats where all the loss comes from..and that once you get a major part of that off then the process of gettin weight off does seem to slow down...and for me thats something hard to get thru my head...this time of year with the cold weather its hard for me to stay on track both with eating an exercise..but some thing i just have to try harder each an every day...soooooo....i need to get up an head to the kitchen an get my rations...and chow down an get layered up in a few to head out for that nice warm walk...lol...have a great day today...catch you all later...

when i was in the kitchen looked out..looks like ther might of been a dustin of snow, so no walk, tired of fallin on slick spots on sidewalks, so just a gym workout and then an afternoon walk, like yesterdays plan...ended up with 20,005 steps yesterday ..so gettin my steps back up there again

5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Hey! My toes are not heavy! At least not as heavy as before! :) Glad the scale was nicer this morning. You deserve it with all that stepping your doing! Have a great day. Glad SOME people have enough sense to not walk in the snow!

Don't you know? One's toes is the very first place he or she loses weight? Isn't that just like the human body! Well! I never! I hear that amryk has beeeeeeyooooooteeeeefuuullll toes. They are legendary. I must be one of those people who has no sense. Yesterday we took a four mile walk in - what we thought - was a "light dusting" of snow. Guess what. There was some ice in ther too. Can you say "slippery"?

...i noticed the ice when i cleaned off the windshield of by suv..yesterday morning after i decided not to go for a morning walk...thats why i opted for inside walkin yesterday...lol and this morning as well..tired of pickin myself up off the ground from hittin slick sidewalks..lol..but according to weather man, its suppose to warm up the next few days...warming up is in the 30s or 40s..lol...
