Ok, so by my calculations, following my plan exactly as I Want to I should be down to 135 by the end of this week. That's intaking between 25-30g of fat per day and exercising minimum 30 min a day.
Geez I dunno if I can make my goal of 132 by the end of the month... If not I should be pretty darn close to it. I Need to win the competition with my workmate. He'll never let me live it down if I don't.

I wish my graph wasn't screwed up. My *real* starting weight is 140 but I was messing around with stuff and wanted to change the diet's name and that started me all over. Bleh. Oh well. It doesn't matter.
I also think I was 140 because I weighed at the end of the day (I didn't think it would make that much difference hmmm but I weighed this morning and I was 137.5 So that's good. I guess. Same as last week. Bleh.)

I'll probably exercise at home today because it's snowing outside.... it all depends on if Jason's mom takes Ariana to go shopping with her.... I'm weird, I don't like anyone to be at home when I'm exercising lol.. cept Jason. He doesn't count.

i know what you mean, its just awkward when you feel like someone is watching you. No in a perv way, just a "yes, i am sweating, i'm human too' kinda way. haha plus, everyone looks silly when they're working out no matter who you are

It has taken me three years for me to exercise with my husband in a room next to where I am... I am working on letting him be near me when I do haha

Weighing in at different times of the day can definitely make a difference. Usually your weight will fluctuate up or down 5 pounds throughout the day... even more if you're working out really hard. On the days I weigh myself I try to do it right when I wake up and before breakfast. If I forget and eat breakfast first I just go ahead and wait another day so I don't throw my numbers off.
