It has been kind of hard the past few days. I have been hungrier (sp?)then I should be. I have been able to save everyday before it got to bad though, hope this passes soon! I WILL STAY THE ON PLAN!

Abbey, I've been feeling hungrier too. We're not even drinking from the same water cooler, or I'd say there's something in the water! I've been eating lots of protein; that definitely helps me keep the hunger pangs under control. With 11 lbs gone, you're doing so well. Keep it up!

if you can, try to eat every 2-3 hours if you have to...just make it small, include a fat/protein and a small carb, or just a protein by itself....like a celery stalk w/ cream cheese, or a small piece of left over chicken, etc. If possible, try to spread out your carbs throughout your day, as opposed to being top heavy just at dinner. You really are doing fantastic!!! keep up the good work!
