Rachel I hate to hear of someone losing their dog. I know I will be an emotional wreck when Roco is no longer with me. Non-doggy people cannot understand the bond that forms. Emotional problems like that can make you resort to eating as a comfort so don't blame yourself as you will eventually get back on track again. Just think of the joy you had with the dog and the happiness you both shared. C x

So saddened and feeling your pain at the loss of your 4 legged baby. I lost our 12yr old girl only back in May. Its gut wrenching hun as its just like losing a child when theve been treated as family... Good days and bad will follow and lil things will trip you up. But just remember your weight loss family are here and will guide you through those rough moments. And a slip is just that a slip. We all get back up once we fall, much love x
