Ok, now to get in the habit of updating this regularly. :)

I guess this is my first official journal entry on here so I suppose I should share a little about myself.

I'm 22, 5'3" married for almost 2yrs. Currently living with the in-laws in their basement (nicer than it sounds...). Been on all kinds of weird diets since I was about 13 and 130 lbs. Yo-yo'd up and down anywhere between 104 (lowest) and 153 (highest). I joined a gym February of last year and that's REALLY helped (even though I've always been an exerciser... I used to have a gazelle to exercise at home and plan to buy another one soon.) I also started using slimquick drink packets in May and it REALLY helped stave off the hunger while giving me energy.
However, with the holidays and lack of discipline during the weekends (my weekness) I've started slacking off a bit. I'm hoping tracking my Progress will help keep me motivated and also learn a few tips and techniques as far as cooking. :)

Current diet: mainly consists of LOTS of veggies and fruit. Not a big meat eater, but I have at least one lean meat protein a day. I usually have nuts as my source of protein at breakfast and lunch, but am trying to cut back on so many nuts because of fat content. Oatmeal is a magic food in my eyes.
My aim is to have 40% veg, 20% fruit, 20% protein, 20% dairy (something like that)

Weakness: breads and sweets. These two screw me over every time! I try to stay away from them as much as possible. Also I have a big problem with moderation. I tend to overeat even healthy foods.

Not-so-guilty pleasure: PEANUT BUTTER!!!

Favorite exercises: Jumping jacks, crossover knee ups, freestyle gazelle, kickboxing moves
