This is a journey not a sprint to the finish line. Tomorrow we plan on having a cookout when my husband comes down from northern Illinois. We are getting our family pictures done early Sunday morning before church. Our family photographer just started doing photography a couple of years ago when she lost her job. She is doing so awesome that she is now booked months and now sometimes years for weddings:)I'm so happy for her:):):)

Yes this is a journey.And have good time with your family and post a pic for us :) And about myself-I decided to experiment with dieting a bit to find out what works best :) And I'm not in a deep depression anymore.Thanks a lot for continuous support.Take care

Know that this friend and I'm sure all your friends in the Atkins community are still behind you in your decision. Thank God that the depression is better. Our bodies don't play fair sometimes. I'm sure that your increased exercise and your positive attitude has helped you loads. Even though our schedules are busy...epecially this time of year...let's continue to keep on the journey. We Can Do It!!!

Hope that all of you have a fantastic weekend weather or not...did you get that?lol:)My spelling is not always that good:P As soon as my daughter gets the pics I'll be sure to post. Would love to see some of your pics too. We Can Do It With God's Help!!!
