Welp todays w/i is a good one, in the right direction, but I dont think it will last. Its my 45th birthday and we had french toast and bacon for breakfast, and my friend brought me a smoothie! Were going out tonight to a local place that just opened their patio and Im sure we'll have the fried brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Its all good, Im going to enjoy the day and then get back on track asap.

It is a little bittersweet because we were supposed to be in Denver today. My favorite band was supposed to be playing at Red Rocks tonight, tomorrow, and Sunday but its been pushed back to next year. It was my bday gift to myself. Tomorrow they are airing the performance from last year on PBS so if I squint really hard, I can pretend that Im there.
