r u sure about the carbs 188 doesn't seem humanly possible or are you exaggerating

Deborah, it's possible alright. Depends on what you're eating. Beans have higher carbs. Pasta, rice, most grains.

I ate a whole wheat foot long sandwich (118g), a whole bell pepper (15g), cotton candy grapes (12 g), cranberries and nuts (12 g), kiwi (10 g), kombucha (7g), blueberries (7g), guacamole (6g), lime sparkling water (1g) =188 g of delicious carbs! I normally try to keep my carbs at 90-100 g but I really wanted to eat the entire foot long sandwich and the extra fruit after burning 3053 cal total through the day. My calories were only 1347 for the day which is still a huge deficit and most of my carbs came from whole sources that are good for you, so I'm not worried about having a lot of carbs for the day😊

Also 1g of carb= only 4 calories! Protein is 1 g = 4 cal as well but fat is 1 cal = 9 calories!

The 30k is quite impressive and so are those 3053 calories. I have only gone once to 30k. You're doing very well!

Thank you Ireland-83! I have been hovering in the 170 lb for a few weeks now and can't wait to get over it lol. I was thinking if I fit in an extra walk maybe it would push a little lower😂🤦‍♀️

Sorry wasn't thinking. I know I ate way more than that before I started dieting. I have been under 20 g carbs a day for so long it just seemed like a crazy number. I did love foot long subs loaded with everything as well before this WOE.

It's good to try and switch things up and see if it can help you. I do find that the more I do the more I can eat. Hoping it works!!

@deborahkerr I never think about that because I have never limited by carbs past 90 gms. My family has had great success with low carb, keto etc... honestly I couldn't give up the mac and cheese and I eat wayy too much fruit😂😂

@Ireland-83 Ya I am trying the same my steps used to be 4-5k a day and now I am shooting for 10k on slow days and 20k on the other 5. A little ambitious but it has been going well. I ordered a scale to hopefully try to see a gradual trend of fat loss and increased muscle density so I won't have to rely on the scale # so much. I haven't seen much movement since I have started though lol. I hope it works and we both get awesome results😊

@Susi101 I have been walking for 1- 1.5 hours in the morning and running/walking for another hour in the evening. Also get steps in during my day at my job or the store etc. It is a lot, but I have been fitting it in wherever I can get it😂(within reason)
