WHOOP! Go away for 6 weeks and gain 6 pounds. Come home, 5 days on induction and lose 6 lbs! Granted - it was probably all water retention but hey , I 'm taking it anyway! I am weighing in today because I want to keep my weigh in days to Wednesdays.

Go Jill, you are doing awesome too. I am jealous of you if you can be in ketosis with over 20 carbs, I have to stay at 15 carbs just to get a small amount. Over 25 carbs I realize I lose my trace. boohoo!
