felt like i was down today so got on the scales, but although it didnt show on the scales, im sure it did in inches...will have to get out my 42s an see if i can get bck into them again..yeap still workin on them 42s..lol...by the time i get into them...will be to cold to wear them...as they are shorts...but i also have 2 pairs of 42 inch jeans and they are alot tighter then the shorts im tryin to work into...an the tightness is all in the upper leg part of the jeans...o well...just another workout...

You have right attitude, sometimes its inches that fall off for a while, All clothes are different, In Primarks there size 18s fit me in other shops need size 20/24. Buy and use the same measuring tape, Also men exercise bulk up on muscle fast, and that weighs heavier than fat, good luck on fitting on clothes

I agree with Bethru!!! I have I have to take in some of my skirst before I can wear them. You have done so VERY well Loos, you WILL get there before it's shorst season again!

wasnt goona do a walk, but ended up walkin uptown ...did 2 1/4 mile up an back..so got my 30 min walk in..lol..funny how its so hard to take them days off when you kno you need to...to get that rest...lol...

been a busy morning..been cleanin out the closets..mom decided to have a rummage sale on saturday..o boy!!...told her to mark it all down real good...dont want to have to carry it bck in...lol...
